1. Introduction

1.1 THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES MADE THEREUNDER. THIS ELECTRONIC RECORD IS GENERATED BY A COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES.

1.2. The web & mobile Application titled ‘Morrie’ (“Platform”) is owned by Reallearning Technologies Private Limited, having its registered office at Unit No. 302, Vipul Trade Centre, Sector-48, Sohna Road Gurgaon, Haryana - 122018 (hereinafter referred to as “Morrie” or “We” or “Us” which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include its successors, affiliates, and permitted assigns)

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 For the purpose of this TOU, wherever the context so requires, the term

  • (a) "Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond Morrie’s reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, foreign or governmental order including orders of lock-down, quarantine, an outbreak of an epidemic, pandemic or other communicable diseases, computer hacking, civil disturbances, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, and any other similar events not within Morrie’s control and which Morrie is not able to overcome.
  • (b) “User” shall mean any person visiting or using the Platform to avail the Services.

All other capitalised words and expressions defined by inclusion in quotation and/ or parenthesis anywhere in this TOU, shall have the same meanings as ascribed to such words and expressions.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you buy the subscription to the Platform or any associated services, your purchase is not entitled for any refund. We recommend you to first check the complete system and then decide to make a payment.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1. In order to use the Platform, you must first agree to this Refund & Cancellation policy. You can accept the Refund & Cancellation policy by (a) Signing up with Morrie and logging onto Morrie by using the Login Credentials (defined in the Terms & Conditions); (b) Actual usage of the Platform. In this case, you understand and agree that Morrie will treat your use of the Platform as acceptance of the Refund & Cancellation policy from that point onwards; or (c) By clicking to accept this Refund & Cancellation policy, if and when prompted on the Platform.
